OTi Consulting Pte Ltd was incorporated in 1982 as an international HR/Organizational Development (OD) consultancy firm specializing in Total Organization Renewal. This approach to improving clients’ business performance is OTi’s distinctive competitive advantage among other management consultancies. What makes this technique unique and compelling is its strong focus on the development of strategy, organizational infrastructure and implementation solutions systems to meet the greater needs of its clients’ businesses. In addition, OTi ensures that every application of its Total Organization Renewal (TOR) process is strictly guided by their operating values of Integrity, Innovation, Involvement, and Intrapreneurship.

Over a span of almost 25 years, OTi has won numerous awards and its regional network has spread over international hubs including China , The UAE, The Philippines and Singapore. OTi has been a strategic partner to both public and private organizations in the transformation of their corporate culture and business growth strategy formulation.

Key Milestones
1982 – OTi Consulting Pte Ltd was founded in Singapore.

1985 – Appointed by Inscape Publishing as the exclusive distributor of DiSC products in Asia

1998 OTi Consulting Philippines began operations as an affiliate of OTi Consulting.

1999 - OTi Consulting Philippines was registered as a corporation with the Philippines Security and Exchange Commission (in October)

2001 – Awarded the People Developer Certification (in June). The People Developer is Singapore ’s quality standard on human resource development. It is a three-year certification scheme that gives recognition to organizations that bring out the best in people for better business results. Launched in December 1997, the People Developer Standard offers organizations a systematic process to review their people practices, develop staff and improve training effectiveness.

2002 – Presented the Partner of the Year Award 2001 and the People Partner of the Year for Leadership Excellence in People Developer Standard by SPRING Singapore (in February). This award is given to consulting partners who have contributed the most in promoting and consulting in the People Developer Standard.

2002 OTi Consulting Shanghai Representative Office situated within Shanghai City Central began its operations from March 2002. Since then, it has grown to be a fully operational consulting office providing innovative solutions in the Organization Transformation Process.

2003 – Awarded Singapore Quality Class (SQC) Status by SPRING (in February) The SQC award recognizes organizations that have attained a commendable level of performance in the journey to business excellence through performance benchmarking and continuous improvement of business processes.

2004 – Conferred the Singapore Family Friendly Employer Award by the Tripartite Committee on Work-Life Strategy (TriCom). The award recognizes employers that have successfully helped their staff manage family and personal commitments alongside workplace responsibilities. It acknowledges the contributions of these organizations to the establishment of a family-friendly work culture, and is aimed at encouraging the introduction and promotion of innovative family friendly work practices.

2004 OTi Consulting Dubai Branch Office was officially launched to work with corporate clients, government bodies and NGOs in the MENA - CIS* region (in June). (* Middle East North Africa - Commonwealth of Independent States)

2004 – Introduced the Gulf's first DiSC Accreditation Program targeting senior executives from the region (in June)

2004 – Re-certified by SPRING Singapore as a People Developer Organization (in September)

2005 – Awarded the Singapore Innovation Class (I-Class) by SPRING Singapore (in March). The I-Class award recognizes organizations for their commitment to better service customers through innovative solutions having built a sound foundation for innovation excellence.

2006 – Appointed the exclusive distributor of “UP Your Service! College” by Ron Kaufman in Singapore (in May)

2006 – Appointed strategic partner of Habitudes by Tim Elmore of Growing Leaders

2006 – Ranked as the Top 5 HR Training Provider of the Year and awarded the Best Training Provider in the Financial Services Sector [Human Resources magazine - HR Vendors of the Year Award 2006]

2006 – Awarded Inscape Publishing President’s Club Award 2006. This Award is given to Inscape Publishing's top performing distributors.

2007 - OTi Partners began operations. OTi Partner’s mission is to partner with Dealers and Representatives to form a community dedicated to developing human capital and transforming organizations with the use of Inscape Publishing’s innovative and validated products. The goal and purpose of this new arm of OTi Consulting is to increase the use of these tools in Asia and the Middle East.

2007 – Ranked as the Top 5 Training & Education Vendor of the Year and Top 3 Best Training & Education Vendor of the Year in the Financial Services Sector [Human Resources magazine - HR Vendors of the Year Award 2007]

2007 – Awarded Inscape Publishing President’s Club Award 2007. This Award is given to Inscape Publishing's top performing distributors.

2008 OTi Group was incorporated to bring all OTi companies - OTi Consulting, OTi Partners and our upcoming OTi Academy - under the management of an executive committee to steer OTi towards becoming a global company.
