Partner of the Year Award 2001

OTi Consulting was presented the Partner of The Year Award 2001 by SPRING Singapore in February 2002.

The Partner of The Year Award is the highest accolade given in recognition of our partnership with SPRING Singapore in the following National Workforce Development Initiatives:

- Critical Enabling Skills Techniques (CREST)
- Industry Capability Upgrading Program (ICAP)
- On the Job Training (OJT)
- People Developer Standard (PDS)
- Work Redesign (WRD)

 

 

People Partner of the Year Award (People Developer Standard)

In addition to the Partner of the Year Award 2001, OTi Consulting was also awarded with the People Partner of the Year Award for leadership excellence in People Developer Standard. This award is given to consulting partners who have contributed the most in promoting and consulting in the People Developer Standard. OTi is currently the market leader in PDS consulting with the largest number of PDS clients in Singapore.

 

People Developer Standard

The People Developer is Singapore's quality standard on human resource development. It is a three-year certification scheme that gives recognition to organisations that bring out the best in people for better business results. Launched in December 1997, the People Developer Standard offers organisations a systematic process to review their people practices, develop staff and improve training effectiveness.

OTi was awarded the People Developer certification in June 2001. OTi was re-certified as a People Developer Organisation by SPRING Singapore most recently in September 2004.

 

The Singapore Quality Class (SQC)

OTi Consulting was awarded SQC status in Feb 2003 by SPRING Singapore in our move towards providing world-class services to our business partners. The Singapore Quality Class (SQC) award recognizes organizations that have attained a commendable level of performance in the journey to business excellence through performance benchmarking and continuous improvement of business processes.

 

The Singapore Innovation Class Award (I-Class)

OTi Consulting was recently awarded the I-Class status by SPRING Singapore in March 2005. The Singapore Innovation Class (I-Class) award recognises organisations for their commitment to better serving customers through innovative solutions having built a sound foundation for innovation excellence.

 

The Singapore Family Friendly Employer Award

In July 2004, OTi Consulting was conferred the Singapore Family Friendly Employer Award by the Tripartite Committee on Work-Life Strategy (TriCom). The award recognizes employers that have successfully helped their staff manage family and personal commitments alongside workplace responsibilities. It acknowledges the contributions of these organizations to the establishments of a family friendly work culture, and is aimed at encouraging the introduction and promotion of innovative family friendly work practices.

 

Inscape Publishing President's Club Award 2005/2006/2007

This is an award which is given to Inscape Publishing's top 1% distributors for DiSC tools and other psychometric profiles. Over the years, OTi has kept up our consistent high performance as a Distributor of Inscape’s instrumented learning tools and is a regular recipient of this prestigious award.

 

Human Resources - HR Vendors of the Year Award 2006

OTi was ranked as the Top 5 HR Training Provider of the Year and Best Training Provider in the Financial Services Sector by senior HR professionals in Singapore in 2006.

Human Resources’ HR Vendor of The Year Awards is the largest HR survey in Singapore by BDM Intelligence and Human Resources, covering a total of 80 Singapore HR companies ranked under various categories for their HR products and service offerings.

OTi was ranked as the Top 5 Training & Education Vendor of the Year and Top 3 Best Training & Education Vendor of the Year in the Financial Services Sector by HR practitioners in Singapore in 2007.

Human Resources’ HR Vendor of The Year Awards is based on an HR Trends survey in Singapore by BDM Intelligence and Human Resources, covering a total of 90 Singapore HR companies ranked under various categories for their HR products and service offerings.
