| KHOO OON THEAM is the Founder/President of OTi Group. A Certified Management Consultant (CMC), he pioneered Organization Development (OD) in Singapore and was Founder-Director at the Center for Applied Behavioral Science in Singapore.
With over 35 years of experience in the business of Human Resource and Organization Transformation, Mr Khoo has led top management teams in managing corporate cultural renewal, strategic planning and values alignment. His assignments with clients included Fortune 500 companies, MNCs, Government agencies and industry associations in the Asia-Pacific Region.
An accomplished consultant, facilitator and coach, Mr Khoo was a recipient of the Leader-Mentor Award 2003, Asia Foundation, Ford Foundation and UN Leadership Scholarships. He holds a M.S. in Group Work and M.A. in Social Psychology and Organization Behavior from Northwestern University, USA.

HELEN LIM-YANG is the CEO of OTi Consulting, Singapore, the flagship of OTi Group.
Helen has pioneered and led the development and growth of OTi’s key business and consulting initiatives in human capital development and has been instrumental in forging business partnerships with our International Partners. She leads a dedicated team with a strong focus on flexibility with accountability for results.
A Certified Management Consultant, Helen has over 15 years of enjoyable and fulfilling experience working with industry and corporate partners in national initiatives and organization development strategies across varied sectors.
She is also a recognized Work-Life Consultant and Certified Master Coach, passionately involved as a resource speaker at numerous conferences on work-life strategies and training of consultants. Also a Certified Partner of Inscape Publishing Group, Helen is authorized to certify and coach leaders and industry practitioners on OD applications of psychometric tools.
Helen serves on the School Advisory Committee of Temasek Polytechnic’s Humanities and Social Sciences School, on the EXCO of Employer Alliance and the Board of I Love Children. A Psychology graduate from the University of Alberta, Canada, her initial career was in Rehabilitation and Counseling Psychology. Helen is an alumnus of Haas School of Business, University of California, Berkeley’s Center for Executive Education. |

Mike Loh

MIKE LOH specializes in Organizational Development. As a certified Practicing Management Consultant (PMC) and Member of the Institute on Management Consultants (Singapore), he has been an OD practitioner for many years transforming organizations towards achieving their new mission and vision. Often time, these requirements are a consequence of a change inorganizational mandate and/or leadership. He also has the experience of diagnosing and auditing an organization, crafting out strategic plans and developing systems and structures for implementation.
Mike is also an Inscape Partners International Certified Partner authorized to conduct certification and training on the Inscape products in Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia, Thailand, Taiwan, China, Vietnam, Cambodia, Bangladesh, Oman, Kuwait, Dubai and South Africa by virtue of our Partnership Agreement with Inscape. He has conducted certification and training for clients in the education, government, corporate and social sectors.
Prior to joining OTi, Mike led a multi-agency team under the Ministry of Trade and Industry to study Talent Management for Enterprises, amongst two other projects. The project involved having detailed discussions with the various stakeholders of Talent Management including the local enterprises in the various sectors of the economy ranging from businesses to the arts and sports where talent is a key feature and where the activities could well translate to a significant economic contributor. Intermediaries such as business associations, services providers such as education and training providers and governmental organizations were also surveyed. The study resulted in specific recommendation of initiatives that are now being refined and undertaken by the various governmental organizations.
A scientist by training, he brings with him experience in corporate planning, business development and technology transfer in the academic and national research arena. In these roles, he had the opportunity of close interactions with the key personnel of large multi-national corporations (including overseas) as well as the local enterprises in understanding their needs and on how good partnerships could be forged for businesses.
Mike holds a Doctorate in Physics and is a Life Member of the Institute of Physics (Singapore). |

Romulo S. Romero

ROMULO S. ROMERO is the Managing Director of OTI Consulting Philippines, Inc. He is concurrently in charge of consulting operations in Indonesia and in developing its consulting practice in the Greater Mekong Area of Vietnam and Thailand.
At the Strategic Level, Mr. Romero facilitates programs for Senior Management in the areas of Corporate Purpose, Values and Culture, Organization Audit & Diagnosis, and Strategic Planning. He has facilitated senior management strategy processes in the Asean region in the following industries/sectors: Advertising, Automotive, Banking, Finance & Insurance, Education, Engineering, Fast Moving Consumer Group, Food, Garments, Healthcare, Information Technology, Housing & Construction, Pharmaceuticals, Power, Travel, Photo Retail, and Real Estate. He has likewise consulted to various government agencies, non-profit organizations and institutions such as the Asian Development Bank, World Bank, the Career Executive Service Board, the Department of Interior & Local Governments, the Department of Public Works and Highways, the Philippine Army, the Armed Forces of the Philippines Real Estate Office and the Philippine National Police.
Mr. Romero currently serves as Consultant to the Philippine National Police Integrated Transformation Program. As Vice Chairman of the Coalition of Socially Responsible SMEs in Asia, he has represented the same to the Triple Bottom Line Investments Conference in Bangkok, Thailand (2006) and the European Institute for Asian Studies in Brussels, Belgium (2007) as a resource person on “Linking Socially Responsible Investors to Socially Responsible Enterprises”. He is presently enrolled in the Doctorate Program in Organization Development of the Southeast Asia Interdisciplinary Institute. |

Daniel Liu

DANIEL LIU is the Country Manager of OTi Consulting Shanghai. Previously stationed in Singapore, Daniel is now based in Shanghai, PRC. Systematic, insightful and dynamic are all descriptions that participants have used to describe Daniel’s facilitation style. From the opening “welcome” to the closing “thank you”, Daniel exudes professionalism and enthusiasm during his sessions.
A graduate of the National University of Singapore, Daniel holds a Bachelor of Law (Honors) and was an Advocate and Solicitor of the Supreme Court of Singapore. Prior to joining OTi Consulting, Daniel specialized in Criminal and Civil Litigation, Matrimonial Law and other forms of general litigation.
Daniel has taught extensively in the areas of Communication, Management, Leadership, Customer Service, Innovative Problem Solving, Presentation Skills, Train-the-Trainer, Personal Effectiveness and Performance Management. He is also fluent in the use of Inscape Publishing (USA) psychometric tools like the DiSC, Team Dimensions, Dimensions of Leadership, Coping & Stress and Time Mastery.
Being effectively adept in both English and Mandarin, Daniel’s training appointments have taken him to various cities like Dubai, Bangkok, Singapore, Beijing, Shanghai, Hong Kong, Taipei, Hsin-chu, Suzhou, Haikou, Sanya, Shenzhen, Dalian, Kunming and Liuzhou. |
