Khoo Oon Theam Helen Lim-Yang Helen has pioneered and led the development and growth of OTi’s key business and consulting initiatives in support of human capital development. Under her strong leadership, OTi has won several awards including the recent Human Resources Magazine - HR Vendors of the Year Award 2006, which placed OTi as the Top 5 HR Training Provider of the Year and Best Training Provider in the Financial Services Sector. OTi was also recognized by SPRING Singapore in 2001 as its Partner of the Year and awarded the SPRING People Partner Award for leadership in People Developer Consultancy. Helen is instrumental in forging business partnerships with our International Partners and has vast experience in developing and implementing solutions for Leadership Development, Executive Coaching, Values Alignment, Work-Life and Performance Management across industries. An approved Work-Life Consultant and a Certified Master Coach awarded by the Behavioral Coaching Institute (Sydney), Helen has given speeches in seminars on work-life strategies and is often quoted by the media on work-life related issues. She is also a Certified Practitioner of DiSC Instrumental Learning Tools by Inscape Publishing Group. Helen serves on the Board of I Love Children and is a Member of the Advisory Panel (Education Initiatives) for Infocomm Asia Holdings Pte Ltd. A Psychology graduate from the University of Alberta, Canada, her initial career was in Rehabilitation and Counseling Psychology. Mike Loh Prior to joining OTi, Mike led a multi-agency team under the Ministry of Trade and Industry to study Talent Management for Enterprises, amongst two other projects. The project involved having detailed discussions with the various stakeholders of Talent Management including the local enterprises in the various sectors of the economy ranging from businesses to the arts and sports where talent is a key feature and where the activities could well translate to a significant economic contributor. Intermediaries such as business associations, services providers such as education and training providers and governmental organizations were also surveyed. The study resulted in specific recommendation of initiatives that are now being refined and undertaken by the various governmental organizations. A scientist by training, Mike holds a Doctorate in Physics. He brings with him experience in corporate planning, business development and technology transfer in the academic and national research arena. In these roles, he had the opportunity of close interactions with the key personnel of large multi-national corporations (including overseas) as well as local enterprises in understanding their needs and on how good partnerships could be forged for businesses. Romulo S. Romero At the Strategic Level, Mr. Romero facilitates programs for Senior Management in the areas of Corporate Purpose, Values and Culture, Organization Audit & Diagnosis, and Strategic Planning. He has facilitated senior management strategy processes in the Asean region in the following industries/sectors: Advertising, Automotive, Banking, Finance & Insurance, Education, Engineering, Fast Moving Consumer Group, Food, Garments, Healthcare, Information Technology, Housing & Construction, Pharmaceuticals, Power, Travel, Photo Retail, and Real Estate. He has likewise consulted to various government agencies, non-profit organizations and institutions such as the Asian Development Bank, World Bank, the Career Executive Service Board, the Department of Interior & Local Governments, the Department of Public Works and Highways, the Philippine Army, the Armed Forces of the Philippines Real Estate Office and the Philippine National Police. Mr. Romero currently serves as Consultant to the Philippine National Police Integrated Transformation Program. As Vice Chairman of the Coalition of Socially Responsible SMEs in Asia, he has represented the same to the Triple Bottom Line Investments Conference in Bangkok, Thailand (2006) and the European Institute for Asian Studies in Brussels, Belgium (2007) as a resource person on “Linking Socially Responsible Investors to Socially Responsible Enterprises”. He is presently enrolled in the Doctorate Program in Organization Development of the Southeast Asia Interdisciplinary Institute. Daniel Liu Daniel has taught extensively in the areas of Communication, Management, Leadership, Customer Service, Innovative Problem Solving, Presentation Skills, Train-the-Trainer, Personal Effectiveness and Performance Management. He is also fluent in the use of Inscape Publishing (USA) psychometric tools like the DiSC, Team Dimensions, Dimensions of Leadership, Coping & Stress and Time Mastery. Being effectively adept in both English and Mandarin, Daniel’s training appointments have taken him to various cities like Dubai, Bangkok, Singapore, Beijing, Shanghai, Hong Kong, Taipei, Hsin-chu, Suzhou, Haikou, Sanya, Shenzhen, Dalian, Kunming and Liuzhou. |
