Since 1985, OTi Consulting Pte Ltd has been the appointed distributor of Inscape in the Asia-Pacific and Middle East regions. OTi has recently been awarded the President’s Club for being one of the key strategic international partners of Inscape over the past two decades.

OTi is currently distributing in Singapore , Philippines , Indonesia , Dubai and China . In addition, OTi’s distributorship agreement extends to the following untapped markets: Hong Kong , Taiwan , Brunei , Malaysia , and Thailand .

UP Your Service! College partners with OTi Consulting to deliver UP Your Service! College Courses for organizations in Singapore.

OTi's College Certified Course Leaders can conduct Courses 100, 200 and 300 for your organization “in-house” or in scheduled public runs. These two-day courses are SDF and SRP funded under the SPUR initiative with generous government funding now available for all Singaporeans and Permanent Residents.

Growing Leaders

Growing Leaders was born, after Tim Elmore worked more than twenty years in student development on campuses and in local churches in the United States . Having worked under Dr. John C. Maxwell since 1983, Tim understands students and he understands leadership. He and the Growing Leaders team know how to connect with them to equip them as leaders.

Habitudes: Images That Form Leadership and Attitudes, by Tim Elmore, is hot off the press and has received rave reviews from focus groups across the United States . It is a new way of teaching leadership using images and experiences. Today’s generation is EPIC: Experiential, Participatory, Image-Driven and Connected.

In 2006, Growing Leaders has teamed up with OTi Consulting Pte Ltd to develop this book series into leadership training programs which cater to corporate clients.

The Bob Pike Group

The Bob Pike Group, headquartered in Minnesota, USA, has been providing train-the-trainer workshops and consulting services to individuals and corporations for more than 30 years. Clients have been applying Bob's Participant-Centered Instructional System to build their learning organizations, to strengthen retention and to enrich desired results. To date, they have worked with over 75,000 corporate trainers to advocate the very successful participant-centered learning approach.

Together with OTi, The Bob Pike group aims to enhance trainers all over Singapore with the Creative Training Techniques method. Starting in 2008, OTi has been appointed as the sole distributor and trainer of the Creative Training Techniques Workshop in Singapore.

Think One Team

Graham Winter, the founder and principal of Graham Winter Consulting is the author of the international book, High Performance Leadership and Think One Team, three-time Chief Psychologist for the Australian Olympic Team and for five years was engaged as the exclusive designer of High Performance Leadership programs for clients of the PwC Consulting Asia Pacific Strategic Change Practice.

thinkoneteam™ is an effective framework that assists organisations to create a one team culture. It can be tailored to suit each client's special needs. The thinkoneteam program consists of workshops, coaching sessions and projects. Resources and tools are available to support the program.

In 2008, OTi partnered Graham Winter Consulting to bring the team framework of thinkoneteam™ into Singapore.

Outward Bound Singapore (OBS)

Outward Bound Professional (OBP), the corporate training consultancy arm of Outward Bound Singapore, is one of Singapore's leading names in the adventure learning and outdoor education arena for the corporate community. OBP is a specialized solutions outfit offering interventions to develop emotional intelligence as a key resource for optimal performance in organizations. It seeks to work closely with its clients to tailor and deliver programs which fulfills a myriad of organization objectives. Drawing from more than 40 years of experience, OBP trains more than 5000 participants and 80 corporate organizations annually.

In 2009, OTi has struck a partnership with OBP as its Training Partner to integrate an array of organization development intervention tools with OBP's range of experiential learning programs.
