Executive Coaching
What’s in it for my organization?
Executive Coaching builds on the strengths of the person being coached and is developmental in nature. It is an individualized, one-to-one relationship designed to assist executives in developing and enhancing their professional effectiveness and on-the-job performance. The Coach provides extensive feedback from a multitude of sources to develop strategies, alternatives and options to deal with nominated or agreed-upon issues. Coaching assumes that the Client/Coachee has the answers within himself/herself. Answers or solutions emerge from the Coachee’s repertoire of skills through questioning, listening, guidance, support and mutual problem solving. The Coachee’s definition of the problem or issue provides the agenda for problem solving.

Duration
The number of coaching sessions and period will be jointly established by the coach and coachee. However, a typical coaching arrangement is 4 x 2-hour coaching sessions over a period of 3-4 months with tele-coaching support in between face-to-face coaching sessions.
