What’s in it for my organization?
Outback Initiative experiential programs are unique and powerful learning experiences for individual and group development. Specializing in leadership and team effectiveness, the programs give all individuals an accurate insight into their styles and behaviors and how they impact on others. The intense programs incorporate live scenarios in dealing with people and processes enabling individuals and teams to take home these skills in order to be much more effective in their organizational roles.
