Strategic Planning

Strategic Planning simply assesses the organization’s current position and determines where the organization is intending to go over the next year and beyond. Developing the strategic plan helps to clarify the organization’s action plans and ensure that the key leadership works toward achieving common goals.

OTi’s Strategic Planning process will help the organization to:
