Balanced Scorecard

The Balanced Scorecard (BSC) is a performance management approach to assist organizations in translating their strategies into result-oriented action plans. The BSC focuses on key performance indicators in 4 key perspectives (Customer, Internal Process, Learning & Growth and Financial).

Each major business unit within the organization will establish their own scorecard which, in turn, is integrated with the other business units’ scorecards to achieve the organization’s overall scorecard.

OTi’s Balanced Scorecard process will assist organizations to:
Understand and respond to the dynamics of the business environment.
Develop a strategic map and translate corporate strategy into operational objectives.
Cascade the organization’s key result areas and key performance indicators to the staff employees.
