The purpose of this module is to enhance the staff's knowledge, skills and attitude in the following areas: participate in workplace communications, work effectively in teams and to be able to conduct simple workplace negotiation in conflict situations.

Upon successful completion of the course, the participant will obtain a Statement of Attainment from the Singapore Workforce Development Agency (WDA)

Who would benefit from this learning experience?
This module is targeted at operational level staff who do not have direct reports. The individual is primarily responsible for carrying out activities as assigned by a supervisor.
