In today’s increasingly interconnected business environment, it is vital that employees be able to interact and work effectively with others in the workplace, with customers/clients and in particular, with their team/direct reports.

This module seeks to develop the competence of the supervisor in the following areas: to lead the way in building communication and rapport among team members, to develop and implement conflict resolution strategies, to foster team synergy in pursuit of departmental and organizational goals through effective delegation and empowerment.

Facilitate effective communication at the workplace

Facilitate Effective Work Team
Delegate work and support work team
Monitor and review team performance
Develop and Implement Conflict Resolution Strategies
Assess conflict situation and develop conflict resolution strategies
Resolve conflict

Upon successful completion of the course, the participant will obtain a Statement of Attainment from the Singapore Workforce Development Agency (WDA)

Who would benefit from this learning experience?
This module is targeted at any individual who has directreports. He/she has some responsibility for formulating goals and policies of an organization, and/or administering its policies and programs.
