This module enhances the communication and influencing ability of the participant through understanding human behavior. The participant will leave this program with the knowledge and skills that will make a difference in the job in terms of communication and teamwork. Emphasis will be placed on the participant’s role as supervisor in leading the team towards the organization’s objectives.

Who would benefit from this learning experience?
This module is targeted at any individual who has direct subordinates reporting to him/her. He/she has some responsibility for formulating goals and policies of an organization, and/or administering its policies and programs.
