Today’s manager faces the challenge of establishing an effective communication platforms within the organization to ensure alignment and sharing of corporate vision, purpose, mission and organizational goals. It is through

Lead Workplace Negotiations
Plan for negotiation
Assess negotiation situation
Negotiate to achieve organizational goals
Evaluate negotiation process

Upon successful completion of the course, the participant will obtain a Statement of Attainment from the Singapore Workforce Development Agency (WDA)
