ESS Personal Effectiveness (Operations)

What’s in it for my organization?
This Personal Effectiveness module focuses on the development of life skills in the individual so that one can be personally effective in daily work activities. It also addresses the skills needed in gaining and maintaining employment in relation to the organization's goals and priorities.

Upon successful completion of the course, the participant will obtain a Statement of Attainment from the Singapore Workforce Development Agency (WDA)

Who would benefit from this learning experience?
This module is targeted at operational level staff who do not have direct reports. The individual is primarily responsible for carrying out activities as assigned by a supervisor.
