This Personal Effectiveness module focuses on self-knowledge, self-development and maintaining a balance between work and personal responsibilities. It also addresses techniques to effectively manage work priorities as well as fundamentals of personal motivation in the light of organizational requirements.

Who would benefit from this learning experience?
This module is targeted at any individual who has direct subordinates reporting to him/her. He/she has some responsibility for formulating goals and policies of an organization, and/or administering its policies and programs.
