What’s in it for my organization?
This Personal Effectiveness module focuses on the development of life skills in the individual so as to make an effective supervisor and team leader. It addresses self-knowledge, self-development and maintaining a balance between work and personal responsibilities in relation to organizational requirements.

Interpret wages
Interpret and analyze information on financial planning
Upon successful completion of the course, the participant will obtain a Statement of Attainment from the Singapore Workforce Development Agency (WDA)
Who would benefit from this learning experience?
This module is targeted at any individual who has direct reports. He/she has some responsibility for formulating goals and policies of an organization, and/or administering its policies and programs.
