Employability Skills System (ESS) Programs

The ESS programs, available under the Singapore Workplace Skills Qualification system, were launched in 2004 by the Singapore Workforce Development Agency (WDA).

The following modules have been accredited by WDA:

The ESS programs enjoy subsidies under the Skills Development Fund (SDF) and the Skills Redevelopment Program (SRP) schemes.

These programs are offered by OTi on a public run or in-house run basis.

Personal Effectiveness Programs

These 1-day programs are designed around learning instruments sourced from Inscape Publishing. These programs comprise:

• Managing Work Expectations
• Building People Relationships

These programs are available on in-house run basis.
