Each UP Your Service! College® course includes engaging video training with Ron Kaufman, and practical learning exercises conducted by Certified Course Leaders. Course exercises are customized to achieve the service training and improvement goals of your organization.
The Course Leader Certification Program (CLCP)
All Course Leaders are trained and certified to conduct College courses in the three-day Course Leader Certification Program (CLCP). The CLCP is conducted by a Master Trainer from UP Your Service! College or an Authorized Partner.
Course Leaders facilitate the customized course exercises, provide relevant examples, encourage participation and keep the course running on-time.
