COURSE 100/200/300 COURSE LEADER CERTIFICATION PROGRAM
What’s in it for my organization?
The 3-day Course Leader Certification Program (CLCP) is conducted publicly for individuals from different organizations. The CLCP may also be conducted exclusively for your organization when you nominate a group to become Certified Course Leaders. The CLCP is conducted by a Master Trainer from UP Your Service! College.
Individuals selected by your organization for this Certification Program will play a vital role in helping your organization improve service delivery and build a superior service culture. Your chosen participants will develop valuable skills they will use in conducting UP Your Service! College and can apply throughout their career in future.
What will I experience?
During the 3-day Course Leader Certification Program, your Certified Course Leaders will learn to:
- understand fundamental Service Principles and Key Learning Points in each program of the Course,
- discover how staff throughout your organization can apply these Principles and Learning Points in their roles at work,
- help your staff create practical Action Steps to upgrade service and uplift the service culture in your organization
- customize the discussions, activities and exercises to successfully conduct the Course relevant examples, situations and case studies for various participant groups.
- guide participants to give feedback on each Course and on their own performance as Course Leaders.

The Course Leader Certification Program is appropriate for individuals who are experienced in their work, respected by their peers and passionate about quality service inside your organization!
Nominated Course Leaders will learn how the Up Your Service! College courses are structured and how to facilitate each program for maximum effectiveness and service results.
