What’s in it for my organisation?
On-the-Job Training (OJT) involves systematic coaching of a trainee/ worker by an immediate supervisor or skilled worker at the workplace through actual work. By the end of the course, participants will be able to:
Explain the importance of OJT in the total approach to productivity development and organisation excellence
Describe the features of structured OJT
List the benefits of OJT
State the four components of the total approach to OJT
Develop a task analysis document for conducting OJT
Conduct OJT with the task analysis document prepared
State the five steps in coaching trainees
Assess trainee learning
State the limitations of OJT

Course requirements:
Completion of 3 course assignments
75% attendance
Upon successful completion of all course requirements, participants will receive a Certificate issued by SPRING Singapore.

Classroom Training: 3 half-days (12 hours)
Self-study: 28 hours
(40 training hours claimable for SDF support)
