What’s in it for my organization?
Work-Life Effectiveness is gaining increasing attention from organizations and individuals today as the demands of the 24-hour knowledge-based economy place heavy expectations on individuals wearing many hats and juggling multiple role responsibilities.
An approved program under the WoW! Fund, the objective of this program is to equip staff managing Work-Life initiatives or programs with the skills to champion Work-Life in their respective organizations.

• What is Work-Life Strategy (WLS)
• The Business Case for WLS
• How to carry out Employee Needs Assessment/ Staff Profiling and why this is important for WLS
Need Assessment Tools covered has to include: surveys, focus groups, management interviews and use of existing data (eg staff records, data from other employee surveys, exit/ job interviews etc)
• Work-Life Options: Flexible Work Arrangements, Leave Benefits and Employee Support Schemes
• Developing your work-life policies and practices
• Linking your work-life initiatives to other HR/ people management areas like performance management, health and wellness and benefits etc
• Marketing your work-life initiatives and preparing your stakeholders e.g. training managers/ supervisors
• Developing a work-life culture
• Evaluating the programs
