What is the advantage of purchasing DiSC^® Classic from OTi Consulting over other providers?
We enjoy the global affiliations and support that other organizations may not have. This means that you will be able to access and administer similar DiSC^® profiles all over the world, which have been translated to over 20 languages. The DiSC^® profiles are designed to complement other profiles such as the Role Behaviour Analysis and Values Systems Survey. Inscape Publishing also has an extensive range of tools that help in the use and training of DiSC^® from training videos and facilitator kits, to board games, card games and more.

In South East Asia and China, we have been given the rights to print a locally validated DiSC^® profile, known as DiSC^® Personal Development Profile. Our validation process involved over 800 participants and met the stringent requirements of Inscape. This local profile is easier to use, yet the accuracy is not compromised, since each word in the 28 sets is vetted and normed and contains an explanatory note.

How valid & reliable is the DiSC^® Classic?
Our DISC instrument has a validity of 0.9, a high coefficient for a psychometric tool available in the market.

Inscape Publishing (formerly known as Carlson Learning), OTi Consulting's affiliate partner in the US, is the organization that founded the original DISC that has spawned so many other versions. It is an American company funded by established conglomerates and is backed by a strong Research and Development arm which continues to invest millions of dollars in research. Inscape Publishing is also known for publishing the award winning Innovate with CARE profile, along with over 15 other popular profiles.

Is training provided for the use of DiSC^® Classic?
Yes. OTi Consulting conducts client in-house runs and monthly public runs for DISC Certification. At the end of the DISC program, participants will be able to administer, interpret and train others in the use of DISC technology.

Does the training allow for immediate application at the workplace?
Yes. The 2.5-days DISC Certification Program covers application at the workplace extensively. For in-house DISC Certification, the program can be customized to address specific organization issues/needs.

Is after-training support available when you face issues with application?
Yes. OTi Consulting is commited in our partnership with our clients. Not only can our consultants be reached via email or by phone any time after the program, clients should expect a call from our consultants shortly after the program to explore the potential application of DISC in their own organization and to answer any enquiries they may have.
