Level II: Applied DiSC-EPIC Certification
At the end of the Certification, you’ll need to complete an assignment, after which you will be a certified behavioral consultant. You will be equipped with knowledge & hands-on experience of the various psychometric tools: DiSC, Role Behavior Analysis, Team Dimensions Profile and the Values System Profile. You will be able to apply the psychometric tools to organization needs: Human Resource Management (HRM), Human Resource Development (HRD) and Organization Development (OD). What will I experience? As individuals, you can look forward to learning theories, skills and styles in areas such as communication, behavioral management, performance management and personal development, sales and customer services. In team situations, you will understand the dynamics of team and organization life cycles, as well as apply adaptive behavioral / leadership strategies to achieve an innovative and high-performing team. At organizational intervention level, you can learn values-based leadership that will drive organization growth; drive organization change process from transaction to transition to transformation; or introduce values and behavioral alignment for organizational effectiveness.
