What will I experience?
This program is an intensive application-centered workshop wherein you will learn:

• The Theory of DiSC
• What the DiSC Classic, Role Behavior Analysis, Team Dimensions and Value System Survey are all about
• How the DiSC Classic, Role Behavior Analysis, Team Dimensions and Value System Survey are administered
• How to “people read” using DiSC
• Adaptation Strategies with DiSC
• HRD & HRM Applications including:
  • Talent Management
  • Coaching
  • Recruitment & Selection
  • Teambuilding
  • Organization Development (OD)
• Why use these profiles in your organization, including identifying application opportunities
• How to craft solutions with the Everything DiSC Facilitation System, the most powerful tool ever built to help you succeed with DiSC
• What is EPIC (Electronic Profile Information Center) all about
• How to utilize EPIC to deliver profiles via the internet

At the end of the session, you can expect a short assessment and you'll need to complete a project , after which you will be a certified behavioral consultant. That means you will be certified to administer DiSC, Role Behavior Analysis, Team Dimensions and Value System profiles and interpret as well as train using these profiles.

As a post session value-add, our consultants will also follow-up to assist you in applying DiSC in your organization.
