Certification & Accreditation

Certification Body
OTi has been appointed by Inscape Publishing to grant Certifications for various psychometrics and training programs. In 2008, we seek to certify individuals and accredit companies.

We are introducing four levels of Certification:

• Level I for in-depth understanding of DiSC, EPIC, the Everything DiSC Facilitation System and its applications.
• Level II for Human Resource Management (HRM), Human Resource Development (HRD) and Organization Development (OD) Applications with Psychometrics.
• Level III for focused interventions using various Psychometrics.
• Level IV for training programs.

Certification
At the end of the each Certification program, participants can expect a short assessment and they will need to complete an assignment. After which, participants will be a certified behavioral consultant, i.e. certified to administer, interpret and train using the various psychometrics or training programs.

These Certifications Programs do not need to be renewed periodically, but it is a requirement for the individual to show evidence of continual learning. Thus OTi has formed the Community of Best Practitioners, for all those who have been certified by us, to facilitate regular meetings for sharing of best practices, learning sessions and product/program updates.

Accreditation
Accreditation is good for your business. It provides companies with a guarantee of quality in the implementation of psychometrics and training programs. It gives access to a range of organizational benefits:

• Accreditation identifies you as a quality implementer of psychometrics or provider of training programs. You will establish a Center of Excellence in your organization, with the use of psychometrics or training programs
• Preparation for accreditation and the accreditation project itself will help organizations reflect and meet actual business needs.
• It means that your organization will be eligible to be a part of the OTi Community of Best Practices. There will be an OTi Annual Recognition Event which awards Top Performing HR/OD Best Practices Employing Psychometrics or Training Programs.
