What’s in it for my organization?
Through this program, you will be equipped to train
your organization’s staff to recognize the causes
of miscommunication, realize the importance of perceptions, and develop specific communication
strategies in mentoring, coaching and/or counseling of
employees.
At the end of the Program, you can expect a short assessment and you will need to complete an
assignment, after which you will be equipped to
administer, interpret as well as train using the Personal
Listening Profile.
