What’s in it for my organization?
Through this program, you will be equipped to train your organization’s staff and help them discover their motivators and de-motivators at the workplace, coach them to communicate their high expectations, initiate steps to meet their work expectations and adjust them when necessary. At the end of the Program, you can expect a short assessment and you will need to complete an assignment, after which you will be equipped to administer, interpret as well as train using Work Expectations Profile.
