Registration
Registrations must be made at least 14 days prior to course commencement.
For registration of more than 3 participants, please repeat the same procedure.
Alternatively, send us a fax (6224 0723) or email (enquiries@oticonsulting.com) registration details to us.
Registration will be confirmed upon receipt of registration form and payment.

Fees & Payment
Payment must be made at least 14 days prior to course commencement.
Fees quoted are subject to prevailing GST.
All checks should be crossed and made payable to "OTi Consulting Pte Ltd". (Please indicate title and date of program on the back of the check.)

Venue
All programs for public runs will be held at the OTi Learning Summit unless otherwise stated.

Replacements/Withdrawals
A substitute delegate may be sent if the participant is unable to attend the program.
No refund will be given for withdrawals made within one week of the program or for non-attendance of the program.

Cancellation
OTi Consulting reserves the right to cancel a program due to unforeseen circumstances.
