YOU CAN MAKE A DIFFERENCE

Entitled "HEROES" and with a slogan "Make a Difference", the recent OTi Showcase made everyone a HERO. Participants were treated to the OTi Difference as the various facilitators brought them through snippets of our Leadership, Service, ESS and Teambuilding programs.

1st UYSC Certified Course Leaders' Forum

UP Your Service! College Certified Course Leaders (CCL) had an opportunity to upgrade their training, network and share innovative ideas and best practices at the first CCL Forum on 10 Apr'07.

They were also introduced to new exercises and activities in the upgraded curriculum of the Course 100 "Achieving Superior Service".
