Communication & Relationship Management (Operations) - MANDARIN *NEW!*

OTi Consulting is honored to be the first approved Mandarin provider of Singapore Workforce Development Agency’s Employability Skills System (ESS) programs. The first two approved ESS modules are Problem Solving & Decision Making and Communication & Relationship Management for operations level staff.

In its commitment to develop a life-long learning culture, Teckwah Industrial Corporation Ltd’s partnered with OTi Consulting to launch Chinese ESS programs for their staff. The training kicked off with Communication & Relationship Management (CRM) training for their operative and administrative staff in May 2007. The CRM run in June 2007 was featured on Channel 8’s news and Lianhe Zaobao. (for more details, please click here)

Singing Testimonial - Leadership Development Program

Agri-Food and Veterinary Authority (AVA) partnered OTi to launch its Supervisory Development Program in Jan '07. Now in its third run, the program comprises 3 modules conducted over 7 days, and aims to equip participants with the necessary skills to perform their role as supervisors - to engage & motivate staff to perform well. Psychometric tools were also used to enhance learning & enabled the participants to better understand themselves and their leadership behavioral & listening styles.

The feedback from the course was very good and the trainer even got a singing 'ovation':
