Job Scope

1. Deliver training programs for operational, supervisory and managerial level participants
2. Contextualise training materials to meet learner needs, as required

Requirements

1. Track record in any of these areas: Organization Development, Leadership, Service, Employability Skills Scheme
2. Bachelor's / Master's degree in Human Resource Development, Business or other relevant qualification
3. Possess Advanced Certificate in Training & Assessment (ACTA) certification
4. Strong facilitation and group process skills
5. Effectively bilingual in English and Mandarin (an asset)
