Organization Development Consultant / Senior Consultant
Job scope:
• Formulate and deliver quality organization development (OD) interventions
• Utilize strong consultation and facilitation skills in OD
Requirements:
• At least 3 to 5 years track record in strategic planning, designing and implementing change talent management solutions in MNCs
• Master’s/Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management/Business Management preferred
• Strategic, proactive and passionate about OD
• Strong project management and writing skills
• Ability to interact with various levels of clients especially Senior Management
